Hasn't it been a huge year. Venues have opened, venues have closed, drags have moved venues and disapeared, baby drags have taken over venues, some successfully and others not so successfully and so much more with one venue that was dead and gone being relaunched with new interstate owners to become the most popular night spot in Melbourne with drag six nights a week. Even our little bit of heaven the Forbidden show went on tour in Orbost to a huge utterly smashed audience.

Given all this my little site that was ment to be just a little bit of fun has really raised some eyebrows. In fact its done more than that. it's had me banned from two venues and almost got me sued, and at one stage I had to put legal action in place for my self protection. There has also been threarts of person physical harm to my person with emails phone calls in the middle of the night and even slander written all over the net on facey. Because of these leiitle writing drags have even resigned. OMG what have I done!. But you still keep reading and still keep asking for more.

All in the name of telling it like it is and having a bit of fun. Seriously guys do you really take this crap so seriously that its come to that. Let me tell you the scene is a very small part of a huge society. We should be able to look at ourselves and have a bit of a laugh and really if it is the truth why shouldn't the story be told.

Now that the festive season has arrived its time to wind down and take a break, eat lots of food, drink lots of cheap piss and have a ball ( or two and whats between them) as the Jamie Lee Drag Boys and I rest and get even more glammy for 2012.

To each and every one of you that has appeared here, to each venue that has featured here and everyone that reads this site have a very merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year. And i do mean to everyone no matter how you have featured, what the outcome has been and how things have developed. I am sure I will see you out on the scene, either from a stage or just drinking at a bar in one of the venues that still makes me welcome. Dont forget the fabulous shows I'm doing on Mondays at DnM Bar and Night club and Priscilla's on Thursday nights each with a little Chrismas twist, The Peel St Festival with a bucket load of Drag Sisters, New Years Eve at DnMs and Pride in January with an even bigger backet load of Drag Sisters.

Nine months has gone with over 8000 hits per week and I am still writting based on my intricate knowledge of not much more than rumor and innuendo.

Over the many months I have been first to expose some of the best kept secrets in Melbourne and as time has gone on it has turned out in a number of cases to be to my detriment, even getting myself banned from a venue because of it however what can a girl do accept publish what she is told.

From those humble beginings in December 2010 when the site got 80 hits, last week peeked at almost 8,700 hits. Not bad for a little man in a dress!
